I have below the details for the retreat I'm planning for January, 2026. You all, as my members, are the first ones to see this, as well as the first ones to have the opportunity to book it! I will open it up to others soon.
✏️ Draft Your Year with Pencil and Purpose
Outer Banks Retreat | Jan 22–25, 2026
What if you began 2026 not with resolutions that fade, but with a draft of the life you’re truly meant to live?
Join us at a beautiful beach house in the Outer Banks for three nights of reflection, visioning, and renewal. Together, we’ll step away from distractions and step into your next chapter — one that you design with intention, clarity, and courage.
🌊 Why “Draft Your Year”?
Life drafting is about penciling in the possibilities, trying on ideas, and giving yourself permission to explore before you commit. Just like in writing, a rough draft is where creativity and truth come alive. At this retreat, you’ll:
Envision your future self and the life you’re creating for 2026 and beyond.
Identify what matters most — and what’s been holding you back.
Build a foundation of habits, routines, and practices that support your goals.
Learn to approach growth with flexibility, creativity, and purpose.
You’ll leave with not just clarity, but a working draft plan for your year — one you can refine, edit, and expand as you grow.

Journal Prompts/Affirmations
This weeks' journaling and affirmations are blended into one list. I recently listened to an episode of the The Mel Robbins Podcast, and she shared 8 simple mantras to say every morning. So we are keeping it simple this week. I have journaled about these statements as well.
Today is going to be a great day.
Something cool is going to happen for me today.
No matter what happens today, I can handle it.
An exciting new chapter in my life is starting today.
I need to give myself more credit for how hard I'm trying.
I'm allowed to be a work in progress.
If I keep showing up, life will reward me.
I have an important contribution to make to the world.
